Return Policy
After purchasing a Trikke at South Bay Trikke, you must call and inform us that you intend to return the merchandise. We will assign return order number. The buyer pays all shipping and handling fees plus a 15% restocking / refurbishing fee on unused merchandise and 30% on used. Please note that unused items must be returned in original container with packing included. If you would like to exchange your merchandise you must pay the difference in price (if appropriate) plus all shipping and handling fees if they apply. Thank you for shopping at South Bay Trikke.
Purchasing
Buying a TRIKKE Online: You do have to be careful who you're buying a product from online or even from a TV infomercial. Be wary of the sites that call the TRIKKE a "scooter". Even though it's similar to a scooter there isn't any pushing or pedaling required. If anyone calls the TRIKKE a scooter they don't know much, if anything, about the product. Most sites don't make their contact information easy to find (if it's available) why, because they only want you to make a purchase and are difficult for support after the sale. This is why South Bay Trikke offers phone sales and service. We want you to feel certain that your purchase is private, secure and exactly what you would expect. We give you the opportunity to call before your purchase AND afterwards for on-going TRIKKE product support.
Payments for a Trikke or product may be made online securely through our site. You may use PayPal with a credit card without the obligation to join Paypal. Orders may be taken over the phone, please supply billing information.
What is a CSV or ASV Code? See image below. This should be a 3 or 4 digit code on the back or front of your credit card. At South Bay Trikke we've chosen to require this code when processing your order to help protect you, the consumer, from fraudulent purchases made using your credit card. Requiring this code makes it necessary to provide the exact billing address for which your credit card statement goes to.
Shipping
Orders over $300 are FREE shipping to the lower 48 states ONLY. Any orders below $300 will require shipping fees. Shipping fees will be added to the purchase total during online checkout or quoted when placing an order by phone. If for some reason an applicable shipping fee isn't added during checkout then we may contact you about the requirement.
UPS Ground Delivery Transit Time
The below shipping Transit map is for ground service from Los Angeles Ca. 90504
Hawaii, Alaska and Canada: If your product is shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or Canada and you must select accordingly when make you your Trikke selection. If the proper shipping fee isn't selected your shipment could be delayed. Please feel free to contact us if you need any assistance in shipping costs.
Canada and other international customers are responsible for any duties that may be applicable. Shipment is usually by the US Postal Service using Air Parcel Post with a 4-10 business day delivery time.
Delivery Confirmation: South Bay Trikke does not choose confirmation of delivery. UPS will normally just drop the package off at your front door if you're not home. If you give special instructions during checkout we will put a note on the shipping label for the UPS delivery person. We recommend that when ever possible that someone be home the day of the delivery OR have it delivered to your place of business. If you do have it delivered to your work then please indicate such during checkout.
