This month takes us to Long Beach for a fun filled day of fellowship with tips and tricks from some of the best Trikkers in Southern California. All riding levels welcome. FREE demos as well.

Monthly Play Date for So Cal Carvers

SouthBay Trikke and TrikkeWorld Magazine are teaming up to spice up the first-ever, regularly scheduled play date for trikkers in Southern California.

Join us for a day of fun games and trikking in Long Beach.

Enjoy going at your own pace during our “open riding” session.

It's a three-wheel playground where you can carve among friends, featuring the Pit Stop, a place to take a breather, grab a refreshment and hang out with other trikkers.

Once a month, every month, the world becomes a Trikke world. Come play in it.

The fun runs from 9am to 2:30pm.

9am - Trikke Workshop for beginners and newbies.
10am - Ride begins with mini-Loop to Rainbow Lagoon (aka “the Pond”) and Lighthouse Park.
11am - Open Riding (down Long Beach bike path, er, Trikke track, with a brief, optional break at Belmont Pier, and an official break near the midway point of the ride at Trikkers Landing in Naples Peninsula).
2pm - Food and Drinks at a Shoreline Village restaurant.

Come for all of it, come for part of it. The choice is yours at the Last Saturday of the Month Ride, brought to you by TrikkeWorld Magazine and SouthBay Trikke.

Getting together with Southern California trikkers is a real treat. We thought: what could be better than counting on a group trikke ride every month all year long? Even better why not always have it at the same time so everyone can rely on it. Thus "the Last Saturday of the month ride" was born.

Join the fun as we rock and roll around the great riding trails in Southern California. It's a day of trikking, fellowship, barbecues, workshops, competition and more.

Parking Information:

Shoreline Village Lot: This ride will begin from the west end of the lot on the Trikke Path at 10am. This is next to the Marina and restaurant plaza. Parking is $6 for the day. The lot does fill up to capacity.

*Note:

Shoreline has you collect a ticket to enter and you pay as you leave. They do offer validation at the local restaurants there as well.

In order to have a great day at one of our rides, we would like to remind you of a few things to prepare you for the day.

These are by no means required. They are simply suggestions only and may not apply to your situation.

Tire Pressure 75psi
Check Brake System

Ride Start times:

10am is Trikke off. Please be on time and ready to ride.

Rain Delay Schedule:

Similar to a baseball game, here's our plan for a rain delay.
In the event of a possible rain delay, SouthBay Trikke will asses conditions two hours before start time and announce a decision whether or not the course is safe for trikking. At that time a notification will post at SouthBayTrikke.com and related sources.
